JENEV ships worldwide! Please note all prices online are in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

We work with three trusted Courier partners; Sendle, Australia Post and DHL Express. Please allow for 1-2 business days for the packing and preparation of your order before dispatch. 

For standard delivery options customers can select between their preferred couriers. All options and prices will be available during checkout as these vary based on location. Standard delivery within Australia can take 3-5 business days from day of dispatch. We love having Sendle as one of our top couriers as they are 100% carbon neutral! If you’re not in a rush for your order, we recommend choosing Sendle as your preferred courier service. Please note orders to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses must select AusPost. 

For express delivery within Australia, we use AusPost Express. AusPost Express orders will take 1-2 business days from day of dispatch. 

For express delivery internationally, we use DHL Express. DHL Express orders vary in time depending on the location. 

International Orders 

Please note that some international orders (outside of Australia) may be subject to duties and taxes when the order arrives at the country of destination. These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. For an estimate of these fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
