TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We hope you love all of your JENEV pieces. However, if you do need to return your item for any particular reason, please ensure it meets our refund policy below.
All JENEV orders processed online constitute as an agreement to the below policies and terms & conditions;
Full Priced Items
Customers have 7 days to try on their orders and if for any reason they wish to return an item, the return must be lodged within those 7 days. Once the return has been reported to our team, the customer has another 7 days to send the item back to us. If the item is sent after these 7 days, we reserve the right to deny that refund.
For change of mind, incorrect size or incorrect colour, we are happy to return the item as long as it is unworn, with all tags attached and in re-sellable condition. Our team at JENEV determines whether an item is in re-sellable condition or not. If an item has been sent back to us to be returned and we find that it is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to send back the item to the customer and deny that return request.
All returns shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.
Please ensure that you are very careful when trying on items. If we receive a returned item that appears to have been worn, tag has been removed/replaced or has any stains, your return will not be granted and the item will be sent back to you.
We recommend using a traceable postage service for your returns parcel, as JENEV is not liable for any parcels that are lost on their way to us.
Sale Items
Sale items are only eligible for an exchange or credit note. If the item is deemed faulty by our team, you are eligible for a full refund.
JENEV Outlet items are final sale and non-refundable. These items have been so heavily reduced that they are not eligible for refunds, even if the customer believes the item is faulty.
Faulty Returns
All items are inspected thoroughly prior to dispatch to ensure that they are in pristine condition. If you happen to receive an item that has a distinct, irreparable and irreplaceable manufacturing fault upon delivery, you may be eligible for a refund.
Please note, as we use a lot of natural fibres such as silks and linens, many of these fabrics have a natural grain and texture that is a beautiful attribute of the fibre. It is common for garments such as these to have small imperfections, such as minor flicks in the grain of the fabric. Customers must be aware of this before purchasing an item, as we do not consider these imperfections to be faults and refunds will not be granted for such items.
Wear and Tear
Each exclusive JENEV piece is delicately designed and crafted to be a unique piece of artwork in your wardrobe. We recommend that our customers take great care in handling our garments to allow optimum use and a long life cycle. Please always follow our care instructions and if you ever need advice on how to care for your garments you can contact our customer care team on hello@jenev.com.au.
Garments will not be refunded for wear and tear. Items that are handled roughly, mistreated, misused or damaged in any way will not be eligible for a refund. As we believe in maximizing the use of our garments to minimize waste, we do sometimes grant complimentary repairs for items that we believe can be fixed (subject to our discretion). Drycleaning
JENEV is not liable for any damage caused by a third party dry cleaning company. Please contact us if you are unsure of how to care for your garment.
